Phat Bites Asian tapas bar combines the idea of tapas, bite size, shareable dishes, with Asian-inspired flavours and ingredients.
Our concept focuses on serving portions of food that are ideal for sharing amongst group of people, allowing diners to sample a variety of flavours, textures, and culinary influences.
Phat bites offers dishes that feature traditional Asian ingredients such as soy sauce, sesame, ginger, lemongrass, chilies, and fish sauce, but prepared in ways that make them accessible for casual or communal dining.
This fusion of tapas-style service with Asian cuisine draw its inspiration from various culinary traditions, including Vietnamese, Thai and Japanese.
Our goal is to provide a wide variety of flavours in bites that encourage sharing and tasting different dishes in one meal, similar to the way Spanish tapas work!
